A new pool complex will be opening February 2024, we are anxiously awaiting a chance to see the new pool complex. It will include:
- multiple pools
- cascading waterfalls
- sandy beach area
- 3-story water slide
2. Lazy River
There is not a lazy river at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch.
3. Beach Area
There will be a sandy beach area in the new pool complex at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch.
4. Slides
There is a 3-story water slide at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch.
5. Lounge Area
There are poolside loungers and umbrellas around the pools. Private cabanas are available for rent.
6. Food/Drinks
Poolside food and drink service is available from H2 Oasis and Sand Bar.
Child Care
There is not a dedicated childcare program at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch. There is, however, family event programming.
Golf
The Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch is located right by Gainey Ranch Golf Club. There are three 9-hole courses to play. There are 4 other golf clubs within 10 miles of the resort with world-class golf – welcome to Scottsdale, AZ!

Accommodations
1. Rooms
Guest rooms at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch have iether a mountain or resort view and may be arranged with either 1 King, 2 Queens, or 2 Queens with a sofa bed. They have either a balcony or terrance and can be upgraded to a private patio firepit – s’mores anyone?
Suites offer more space with 650-1200 SF of space with a separate living and sleeping space.
Casitas are a luxurious option with over 1200 SF of space with 1 King bed and a rooftop deck.
Gainey House is also a full 2450 SF residence available for larger groups.
