Long Lake Resort is nestled in a dense forest between two private lakes, Long Lake and Terrell Lake. The closest town is Poteau, Oklahoma, which is close to the Arkansas border about 3 hours East of Oklahoma City or a 2 hour drive from Tulsa. It is about half an hour from the Talimena Scenic Byway, which is worth the detour, especially when the Fall leaves are in full color!

There are no restaurants on the resort property. There are full kitchens or kitchenettes available in the cabins and lakeside suites. The closest place to stock up on food or dine out will be in Poteau, Oklahoma less than 5 miles away.

There are a variety of accommodations available for guests at Long Lake Resort. The 2 bedroom Cabins are great for families and the Lakeside Suites could work for a small family or group of families.

- 2 Bedroom Cabins – Accommodates 4-6 (King Bed, Queen Bed, Sleeper Sofa)

Long Lake Resort has so many fun things to do in a remote, beautiful, wilderness setting. The resort does not have a pool, childcare programs, golf, onsite dining, or a spa. Enjoy being out in nature and don’t forget to look up at the stars!
